Payment is required upon job completion. Job is defined by described statement of symptoms at outset. Completion is defined by either removal of described symptoms or else advising what needs to be done in order to remove described symptoms and awaiting further response. Additional symptoms are treated as such and billed accordingly.

Solutions are on a best endeavors basis.
