My name is John Concannon and I have worked in a corporate computer department for the last twelve years keeping my customers extremely happy with my knowledge and customer service. I am tremendously excited to offer my services to the Park City area. Since I live in Silver Creek, I will be able to offer quick home service throughout Park City.

Computers can be intimidating – I am not
Computers can be frustrating and intimidating, one of my strengths is my ability to communicate to my customers and understand your issues. No geek speak allowed. I realize that communicating with my customers is more important that just fixing a computer. Since most of my services are based on flat rate pricing you know exactly what you will be paying. This means if I get stumped and it takes longer than usual to resolve your problem, it comes out of my pocket, not yours.
